Your first visit will be pleasant and informative. After meeting our receptionists, Chris, Michele or Nikki, we’ll check your health questionnaire and any insurance information. Our treatment coordinators, Susi or Berna, will then escort you to one of our three new patient consultation rooms.

Your first visit has four parts:

Digital computer images of your face, smile and teeth
Panaromic x-rays utilizing the latest in low dose digital x-ray equipment
An examination of your teeth and bite by Dr. Moravec to determine your orthodontic needs
A presentation of your orthodontic problems and Dr. Moravec's recommendations.

When you leave the office you should know:

What specifically would be involved in your orthodontic treatment
How long your orthodontic treatment will take
Exact cost of the orthodontic treatment and your payment options

We will provide you a copy of your computer images, a summary letter of Dr. Moravec’s findings, and a copy of financial options so you may communicate with family members who were unable to attend the first visit.

We also mail a copy of your x-rays and a summary of your orthodontic needs to your family dentist.

Most of all we hope you leave your first visit with a great feeling about our office and with great confidence in Dr. Moravec and his team.
