Front Desk Team

Our front desk staff is always willing to assist you with scheduling appointments and answering your questions. These ladies will greet you with a pleasant smile and helpful responses.

Chris -Front Desk Chris has been a member of our team since 2001. Chris, a mom of 3, has also had orthodontic treatment with Dr. Moravec. Chris is always ready to answer any questions you may have.

Kimberly -Front Desk Kimberly came on staff in 2008, and has recently completed orthodontic treatment here with Dr. Moravec. Kimberly's friendly demeanor will help keep your scheduling process stress free.

 

Treatment Coordinators

Upon your first visit to our office, you will meet with your "Treatment Coordinator". Our Treatment Coordinators are always ready to make your initial appointment as comfortable and informative as possible. They work closely with Dr. Moravec to get our new patients started with treatment. We have two great treatment coordinators on staff.

Susi -Treatment Coordinator Susi has been a treatment coordinator with Dr. Moravec since 1991. Susi loves her job and the part she plays in helping you a to a great smile. She has an Associates Degree in bilingual education and, in fact, speaks three languages: English, Spanish and German. Three young grandchildren keep her busy when she's not at the office.

Michele -Treatment Coordinator Michele's a busy mom of 5 who's been with our team since 2000. Her previous duties with Dr. Moravec included patient manager and front desk. Because Michele knows all aspects of patient care, her knowledge of the treatment process will put your mind at ease.

 

Patient Managers

Our Patient Managers work closely with Dr. Moravec in the clinic. When in treatment each of our patients have their own Patient Manager. Your Patient Manager is familiar with you and your treatment, and will coordinate all your treatment needs with Dr. Moravec. All our Patient Managers are Certified Orthodontic Assistants.

Nina -Patient Manager Nina has been with Dr. Moravec since 1991. She is our resident Invisalign expert, and lab technician.	Brenda -Patient Manager Brenda came on staff in 2003. Brenda was named "SureSmile Cooridinator of the Year" in 2009 by SureSmile. Brenda is also a member of the SureSmile Advisory Board.
Winnie -Patient Manager Winnie has been with Dr. Moravec since 1993. Winnie will be celebrating 18 years with Dr. Moravec this year.	Nicole -Patient Manager Nicole joined the staff in 1997. Being Winnie's daughter, Nicole has grown up around orthodontics. Nicole is a Mom to be.
Stephanie -Patient Manager Stephanie began her employment with Dr. Moravec in 2003. She is currently expecting her 2nd son. Stephanie also manages Invisalign cases, and organizes all of our fun office contests.	Amanda -Patient Manager Amanda joined our team in 2009. Amanda is fluent in Spanish, and is also one of our lab technicians.
Anna -Patient Manager Anna has been with Dr. Moravec since 2009, and was a patient before a Patient Manager. Anna is fluent in sign language.	Katie- Patient Manager Katie joined our team in 2010, and helps create our great office contests. Katie is studying to be a hygienist.

Support Staff

We have other staff members who keep our practice running strong. These team members provide technical support in our clinic and with all of our high tech electronics. You will see these staff floating around the office, on call, ready to help.

Kirt -Records and IT Kirt is our resident radiology and IT expert. Kirt has been with Dr. Moravec since 1999 and he keeps our high-tech equipment operating. Kirt has also been certified by ICAT and PlanMecca.
